I am 2022 graduate but my internship started from Jan 2022 till may 2023 (More than 1 year but my college ended around June 2022) after that I was converted to GET.
Ideal full time - July’22 till now (3 years)
My case full time - May’23 till now (2 years)
I do have my experience letter reflecting Jan 2022 till now under GET and nowhere mentioned as intern.
Please let me know if this can be a problem for me in background checks if I show only GET with 3 years of experience

Serious Question: I had a good natured debate with a prominent UX consultant about this, and I wanted a range of opinions. How many designers deliver work with notes about their design choices and decisions attached? Many experienced designers I’ve had the pleasure of working with provide fairly detailed summarizations their work (think >8-10 years of experience). Is that something that you do? Is that something you would do? Do the people you work with find it valuable?

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

I am a Software Engineer in a product based company. I have total experience of 4 years. Relevant experience is same in C#, .NET, .NET APIs and Web Services, MVC, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, etc. I have been working in Agile model (Scrum) through tools like JIRA, Confluence. I also have experience in Batch Scripting for creating small-mid scale monitoring tools as I have experience in L3 Technical Support. Have used MS Office, ServiceNow, etc for reporting.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
