How many of you have an MBA in HR. And how important an MBA in HR is to excel in the field of HR. Because I'm pretty mba in Marketing isn't that important to get you a Marketing job.

Please advise.
I have been unhappy with the work I am doing for a few months. Not getting interview calls too. Feeling stuck. Is it okay to resign without an offer in hand in this case? I think about quitting all the time but if there are high chances of recession too. Please share your opinions. Thank you.

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? I had a hr round and her budget is 11 lpa.
I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).
