Wanted to check if anyone has clarity on BA4 to AVP promotions in TC25, especially mid-year cycles.

Is there any mid-year (Jun/Jul or later) progression for BA4 → AVP?
Or is it only part of the annual cycle?
If mid-year exists, is it full promotion with comp change or just title/role alignment?
Hearing mixed inputs internally, so wanted to understand from recent experiences.
