Hi all, wanted to share an experience with HPE interview process.
An interview for L1 was scheduled for 30 min at 9pm with the hiring manager who was based out of US. I had arrived 5 min prior to check if the audio and video were functioning and she arrived some 10 min late and cut short the interview by saying she has another call and asked me to connect in 30 min. When I did she literally ghosted me, even the HR had no respense. Extremely unprofessional interviewer.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
