Working at ibm for past 2 yrs. July month i took wfh and august 3 weeks vacation leave due to health issues. I have sent medical reports to my manager and she approved my wfh and leave request. But suddenly before one day to my vacation leave, she setup meeting and said i will be put in pip while i return to office after my vacation. I got shocked and defended but she keep on saying pip is not bad, is to improve blah blah. What i have to now.. wat happens during pip.. continued.

Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)
