I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

Been feeling very low for a very long time. Hey Fishers, how/where to prepare for a job switch for 3-4 YOE?

Does anyone else just feel incapable of doing interview prep after several instances of making it to the final round and getting rejected? I have another final round interview tomorrow but I just can’t seem to care because this is the fourth time in 6 months I’ve made it to a final round! I’m tired lol. How do I stay motivated? Should I even “prep” or should I wing it?

HCL - 16 LPA with 15% variable, Bangalore
Infosys - 19.39 LPA with 15% variable, Bangalore but permanent WFH as HR told, not sure if this actually happens. Please confirm this if anyone is aware

I am currently working in a Big 4, post my MBA. But deep down I feel this is not my job fit (though I am ok with this). I want to work for FIs such as RBI, SEBI or pursue my PhD in Strategy. But fat pay cheques that corporate professionals earn (in the top and middle management) is bringing my motivation down. Would I be missing out an opportunity to retire much early? How do I deal with this?

I got 2 offers , one from Capegemini for Manager and CTC offered is 25.6 lakh, 2 lakh variable included and other is from Xavient Digital ( Telus International) for Team Lead which is offering 26 lakh ( all fixed).
Please guide which one is better.
