I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Why are you going wide instead of deep? Aws sa professional is a really good cert to have.
That’s a great question haha, I guess it’s because I was looking at the certifications that my company holds highly and trying to achieve those first, the CISSP was the last one they mentioned to me. I like the idea of continuing down the sa professional path though and have more of a specialized area to focus in. I guess it’s better to know something at a deeper level then learning a large gamut of things.
You’re already there with a degree and ur certs - now you just have to dig in apply like a maniac interview like a god and negotiate like a boss and you’ll have a great first role lined up.
Definitely advice going deep in one area, finding a starting role - even as administrator in this area. It will help if you did a project too.
