Cctc: 11.6lpa( 9.05 fixed rest variable)
Offer in hand 15fixed with 10% variable
Doing offer negotiation with Oracle ltd for senior consultant role
They are offering 17.17lpa ( 16 fixed rest var)
I was expecting a bit more.
How much u guys think that I can push it for?

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs. 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
