Hi I am a 26 yr old patient account specialist making about 45k for a physical therapy company., that I have been with for 3 years. I’m now looking to for a 10-15k pay raise. Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?
