Hello! I'm currently a coordinator for a large hospital. Background in workflows, project management and clinical pharmacy. Looking to transition to a healthcare analyst, junior project manager position. Currently finishing up the Google/Coursera Data Analytics course. I haven't had any luck with my current job search. Any suggestions? Companies? Titles to look for?

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I head a team and they seem to be happy… but I’m also personally not satisfied what we’re delivering is enough… so I have this weird mixed feeling of the stuff we’re doing not really being that stretching, but at the same time I feel out of my depth. I really don’t know what to do and whether to hold on in the hope I’ll learn something or go back to a lower grade and a more comfortable life.

If I got a raise for every micro aggression I’ve received while at my current agency, I’d be in a really high income bracket! Hah.

What is the process of onboarding in ADP? Whether virtual or physical? Do I have to register on any portal?

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
