I got an offer from three companies as a react and node developer.

1. CyberArk - 30lakh fixed + 4.5 lakh variable + opd as 50000 + 10lakh medical insurance including parents and 3 days wfo

2. Broadridge - 32 lakh fixed with 7 lakh insurance and 10k as opd with 2 days Wfo

3 - hexaware - 32 lakh fixed and as its service based benefits are not that much



I am confused between cyberark and broadridge .. which one should i join if any one can share..

So for those who have been with Deloitte for 3yrs and above, what is the motivation? What are the rewards? No ESPP, so what really do you get to show for the work, time and all? Kindly share, am trying to make a big decision here, thanks?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about.
