I am havng 2.7 yoe and working in project in ibm past 2 months. I am facing difficulties in settling in this project. As it’s early stage of my career I need to learn and then implement but because of that I am daily facing pressure and I am daily worried abt my work . How to overcome this pressure? Been working on mostly (about 70%) public sector policy and strategy at Big 4 for most of my career. Often go up against MBB on RFPs and have a decent win rate. Would I be too senior to come in as a lateral hire? I guess it’s all about client networks at this level, and being government, it’s locationally dependent - so which markets have need?

Can you be on more than one project at a time? Like if you have a project that only takes up like 10 hours a week, can you get onto another project to fill the remaining hours? I know your coach is supposed to be your project manager which is why I wonder if it’s maybe not allowed?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. Jumping off a related topic: am I delusional to not care about jr/int/sr level titles? I've been a "copywriter" since the day I started and steadily gained responsibility, autonomy, and money. Happy with career progression, always getting juicier assignments, work directly with ECDs/CCOs... am I missing something crucial? Is my case an anomaly? Or is it okay not to push for a title upgrade?

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.
