Hi Bristol Myers Squibb All, I have a few doubts about the hybrid work policy and how it’s tracked:

1) Is it compulsory to follow the 3-days-office / 2-days-WFH split every week, or is it okay if I complete 5 days in office in one week and take WFH the next week?

2)The policy says 5 days out of 15 days — how is this measured in a hybrid model? Is it strict per week, or cumulative across the month?

3) Is compliance checked on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis?

4) If I come to office for 3 weeks and take 1 week WFH in a month (4 weeks total), does that fulfill the requirement?

It depends upon your manager. Some teams are strict in following the policy. Which is 3 days in one week and next week 2 days. At max once in year you can take 10 days WFH again this is policy. Tweaking this is dependent on manager and team and the need.
If you strictly want more flexibility then I would say check with hiring manager or HR.
Some site level policies are too tight here.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? It seems odd to me
