Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs.
