Hi, does anyone have experience in the Anti Fraud Data Analyst at TikTok? I have an interview with a peer I believe tomorrow. The HR said it will be about the background and I will be asked about queries.

Did anyone go through the process? How many steps are there, and what were the questions like? I am really a very good fit for the job and the only fear is to miss this chance. It would be a win-win if I can land this. Am I being too optimistic?

Soooo how are we feeling about booking flights to Europe for early spring? Less so worried about getting covid as I’m boosted but more so about worsening restrictions. I’m looking at countries that have already announced they aren’t changing restrictions BUT the flights have layovers in countries that are (ie UK, France, Germany). Agency recruitment managers! How do y’all set goals for your department? Do you focus on outreach goals, applicant goals, purely hiring goals no matter the outreach numbers, conversion rates, etc?
