Can anyone tell shall if my friend moves from Amgen india to bms as a sr java engineer to a team called process automation how is it going to be?

How is the work culture? Here the team my friend was working was so toxic. What shall she do? Bms is expecting to accept the offer in a day.

I quit there after getting traumatized ..still didn't heal...if you are someone who actually works for the pay u take don't join there,many leaders there are sick and do politics and never got the chance in their life to develop any character and many resources are through referrals and friends..who are more into politics and sabotaging high performers than to do any work.

OC has an issue with a financing term that deal teams worked out. Is it unethical to ask deal teams to discuss these terms and instruct us how to proceed? These seems to be business term where counsel can’t work out the differences, without business agreeing.
