Hi everyone, currently working in Intel, and I got an offer from IBM ISL Linux Technology Centre with 20LPA fixed excluding pf and gratuity + 8L JB divided over 2 years (90% hike)

I initially planned to leave Intel because of the rampant layoffs but now I am unsure of going for the IBM offer, because of the brand value. Intel has promised to match the offer, but only during the review cycle.

Please let me know if joining IBM ISL right now is a good decision or should I take the counter offer?
