Hi everyone! Does anyone know what the average salary range looks like for Level 53 and Level 54 roles in Coimbatore?

Any thoughts on what a typical manager salary should be? Associates all start at 75 at BSR but managers fluctuate. Is 120k on par with other firms? 2 years experience in consulting, 5 industry, MA, and a subject matter expert. Is expecting a 45k jump with a promotion crazy?

Do we receive a response from Amazon even if we are not selected after onsite and hiring manager round? If yes then how soon can we expect the same?
