Hi fishers, Can we renegotiate salary with Cognizant HR? If so what should I keep in mind as I am intend to join CTS only As the other offer which I am holding needs relocation I have already accepted CTS offer letter.

Cognizant -16. 4 LPA including variable--

Have another offer with 21 LPA all fixed.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
