I am currently an Assistant Engineer in the Projects department. I joined as a fresher after my Dippoma in ME and have gained 3.8 years of experience in Brownfield projects. My experience includes structural and equipment erections, as well as installation and commissioning.
I am looking for a new role in Projects and would greatly appreciate any suggestions or referrals. I am eager to enhance my skills and knowledge by working on new project and with different teams.

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals.
