Do I have to stay in big law if I want to support my parents in their retirement? They basically have little to nothing saved and are 10 yrs from retirement age. I guess part of my question is how much does it cost to support low-spending folks while they’re in retirement (maybe at least by providing modest housing and paying for a couple trips for them to visit family every year)? Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. Also, survey response rate tends to be low for these guys. Any ideas???
