Hi everyone I am Salesforce Admin with 4 YOE.
I used to get 5 - 6 interview calls per week 6 months ago. Now I am looking for a job change but there is not a single call in last month.
Is salesforce market down? Or recruiters just stopped looking for admins and moving towards developers? Current salary 15 LPA, looking for at least 20 LPA.
