Guys, need help with salary expectations at Salesforce for technical support manager - service cloud. What is the pay band for this role? My current ctc fixed is 21.5 LPA with 10.7 years of experience. Have given 3 rounds till now. How much can I expect for this role in Hyderabad?

Been at SEI 10 years, star of every team that I've worked on, and only make $87,000 annually with a $6,500 IC target. Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. Any tips for asking for stock options in lieu of a company being able to meet a salary request? TIA

I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise? I have made several improvements but it feels like I’m dragging it out. Last question is how do you manage claims that you have not handle for months and you’re too scared to do anything.

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.

(For example, “ready when reached”). I’m open to doing this and this attorney is asking what my fee would be?
