I cleared 2 interview rounds for a .NET Developer role at Persistent on 28th October. After that, HR informed me that they are waiting for a revert/confirmation from the delivery team.
It’s been quite some time now, and I’m still waiting for an update.
Could anyone from the delivery or hiring team please guide on:
How long such approvals usually take?

Is there anything proactive a candidate can do in this situation?
Any help or insights would be really appreciated.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
