Have a first interview for an associate solution architect role next week. Should be a technical interview, as i saw the interviewer is another solution architect. Any tips on how I should prepare for this?

Holding offer from GroupM,Mumbai and Dentsu(iProspects) for Manager-Paid Media role. He has offer in pipeline from LogicServe which he would prefer over other two(for long term growth). He is concerned over being Blacklisted if he declines the offer from GroupM or Dentsu as they both are giants in Media space.

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. Yet, I feel sad about potentially leaving my current company. Anyone have a similar experience? What happened?

I accepted my Amazon offer on 5/23 via email as told by the recruiter who also took down my social via telephone and send me a old school pdf to fill out for a my background screening. At the time we decided on 6/13 as the start date. On 6/3 I received an email from Amazon’s version of docusign to sign my offer, and yesterday 6/8 I was notified by the recruiter that my start date would be delayed to 6/20 due to background not being completed. Any idea what is going on.
