Deloitte USI – Consultant role with ₹16 LPA fixed
Zebra Technologies – Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with ₹20 LPA fixed
I’ve already requested Deloitte to match the offer from Zebra.
I have a couple of questions:
What are the chances of Deloitte matching this offer?
If Deloitte matches (or comes close), which company would be a better choice?

Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

I'm concerned after my most recent jump (went from a product director to a head of product position at a different, smaller company after only a year) that I've kind of poisoned future career prospects at larger companies.

Any insights on whether this type of job hopping is a complete deal breaker for potential HMs?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?
