I have 8 years of experience as JAVA backend developer with skill sets of Microservices architecture, Spring and Spring boot, Kafka, Go Lang.

I am looking to make a switch, mu current CTC is 30 LPA.

I want to understand about the current market situation for making a switc?
Although I am not expecting much of a hike in CTC from this switch but what shall be the expected CTC as per you guys?
