What are jobs and companies that require similar skills like consulting, digital marketing, etc. but have excellent WLB and are more slower paced...? Hi all! Do you ever discuss bonuses and annual raises during your end of year review in a large lockstep firm? Do you ever even get a chance to discuss your bonus directly or is it a discretionary decision which follows your end of year review, during which you highlight your achievements? I was told that the bonus structure cannot be shared and that it’s discretionary, but I also want to stop being shy and awkward when it comes to $$$ and ask for what I want and deserve

I am hoping for some advice. I was a young mom (17 when pregnant) and ended up having three kids by 23.
