I have an offer from citis tech and hcl tech. Position is sr software engineer. I have 3 YOE. My current ctc is around 9. HCL offered 11 with 10% variable and citius offered 11.5 with 10% cpli.
I am working at a startup right now, no brand name but i like the culture, people and learning as well. I am not convinced to join any because i dont feel like the hike is worth taking the risk because of the bench policy of both the companies. Help me, i have 1 day left to make a decision.

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

What measures has your company taken to minimize losses due to covid?

We were forced to take 6 days leave in April (bovenwettelijk) which was kind of a weird move. I don’t think our bonuses are getting cut this year so if it’s my bonus or 6 days leave I’d gladly take the latter.
