(1) Layoff possible if you perform too bad. Basically performance based layoff is a reality, likely to happen. But mass layoff without any performance associated reason, is highly unlikely in near term (2-3 yrs).
(2) Hike can range anything from 3-20% depending on various factors, on an average you can assume it to be 6-7%. Bonus is usually 100%, but lower too for some folks.
(3) Yes, multiple cycles and avenues for promotion. Two defined cycles- annual and mid-year (Sept). And besides that too there are other ways to get promotion. But usually the minimum time period for promotion is 1.5 yrs (though exception is always there)
(4) WLB is okay. Management support bad. Career growth okayish.
(5) Answer depends on comparison to other competing options. Without comparison, that question is meaningless.
