As per my understanding E0 band is for analyst and E1 band may be for senior analyst.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Hi all,

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

My inboard portal is showing wrong dob and phone number and i m recieving mails to complete the document process plus the hr is not responding to my mails or calls. Should I submit the documents or wait for them to respond??

Does HCL give any joining bonus to immediate joiners?
