I have been offered for the role "Senior analyst" at HCL. I was tagged as brand "E0".

As per my understanding E0 band is for analyst and E1 band may be for senior analyst.

Can anyone help clarify on the banding system in HCL.HCL Technologies State street hcl

I feel like I’ve been stuck in this salary band for the last 5 years. In my interviewing experience, Canadian companies aren’t willing to pay more for full-time employees. Where do I go from here? I gave 3 rounds at sas R&D, 3rd round was final round which was just normal talk about company culture , work culture etc. But after that i didn't hear anything from HR, is this how this company behaves? HCL Technologies the technical manager having 14yrs exp in HCL declined my offerred CTC due to his ego of having low CTC. Note the HR herself offered me that CTC, I didn't even negotiate. Applying for some in-house M&A jobs, and a big focus is being able to run deals. I of course feel very comfortable running deals from the corporate side and managing multiple teams, but have obviously always had an army of specialists in biglaw. How does this work in house? I’m primarily thinking from a tax perspective — I likely wouldn’t be able to structure a deal (and don’t think many of my peers could either) since we always rely on a tax team, but not sure if that is an expectation.
