I have gotten an offer from Thoucentric for Digital Transformation consultant in procurement role. They are offering 18 fixed and 2 variable, plus 1 lakh joining and 50k relocation. My current company has matched numbers. Can anyone help me in understanding what to choose and if anyone has experience in what kind of work exposure will get in thoucentric and can guide then it will be helpful.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Has anyone ever hired an APM for a PM role or done it yourself? Any tips? Advice?
