Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Unless that person is an asshole.
@SD1 I usually see it the other way around. In the sense that everyone is jerks to the different person.
Okay, or... when are we going to quit forcing the funk. Like whatever happened to get in where you fit in? We wanna vibe and craft projects with our friends. Like minded people who share interests. It also strengthens our conversation when we stem from the same tribe. (Tribe 2 tribe) what’s dangerous about speaking our native tung? I think as long as we’re cross tribe collaborating on a healthy bases we’re doing alright.
Some call it a typo, some call it sustaining value.
I will say I have worked with people who have not been a good fit for reasons related to their personality, skill and work style (in so much as they were lacking in all aspects). They should have never been hired in the first place but had hit it off with the other interviewer and my dissenting opinion was overridden.
Fast forward 9 months and we had to let one of them go because I was redoing 75% of their work before it went to client. It took a long time to get them out the door because HR was swamped with other things and just straight up wasn't answering requests to start the PIP or to meet with us about the issue. It wasn't because it was somehow "hard" to get rid of them, it was a matter of people being too busy, frazzled and putting it off.
I felt bad leaving the person go because they needed the job, but we did not have the time or money to spend a year or more basically teaching them how to be better at their role or at working with with their colleagues. And it wasn't for lack of trying.
@D1 that’s not a person not fitting the culture that’s a person not deserving a job.
