Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Bny taken all 3 interview on Saturday & cleared all. #1 Code pair + technical #2 Cross functional #3 Bar raiser . On Monday, HR asked me to send require documents but not scheduled any HR discussion call. I sent docs to HR. Is there any HR discussion call happening in BNY ? Most of the projects are micro-management.no WLB, they are not following agile in the projects. manager will screw up everything. Hire and fire policies. Yes they will give half yearly hikes and fire employees based on half-year performance also
I know ,caused they have fucked up during the interview. I have answered all the questions,still haven't considered me . Even the interviewer was not sure what he/she asked .
