Hi Everyone, I have one question regarding WFH policy in Infosys. My colleague who is currently working in Infosys, he used to do wfh even before COVID era, because of project requirements. He has evening shift (2 am IST - 11 pm IST) and handles two projects. Now, starting from last 1-2 weeks, his manager is asking to join office for at least 10 days a month. But it will be very difficult to handle the evening shift in this way. Manager says speak to HR regarding this. What to do? PIz help.

Can I reject project in client interview in CGI if I am not okay with roles and responsibilities said by client or it will lead to escalation?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Siemens Healthineers - Awaiting offer, not willing to match above offers, maximum they can offer 33L as fixed and 2 Lacs Joining Bonus.

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. That said getting to know people only remote has been kind of awkward at times (email only can be tough to decipher) although as a working mom the pros vastly outweigh the cons. Yesterday my main partner asked me to come in Thursday bc he will be there and set a time to meet. Is this good/bad?? kind of nervous!

1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
Is that true ?

Does company ask scheduled interview mail etc when we want to resign and said that i am getting an offer (which is just a word).

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

The immigration firm(for the new company I’ve accepted offer from) reached out with a link to put in my details for H1 transfer. They specifically mentioned that they won’t support dependent immigration.
My wife is on H4, how do I go about her immigration requirements? Does she need a transfer or amendment on current visa once I get my visa transferred?
