Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

First question itself will out off most people, especially without no context about profile, yoe, hike received etc. In any case, 'worth joining' is a big thing to ask for a big four!
Hike given by ey is around 20%
Profile is in the field of AI, manager or senior manager
YOE is 8+ years
What shall i be getting in terms of number. I was not in a position to negotiate much even though my interview went really really good, but HR was not willing to provide more than 20% on my current CTC.
Is there any scope of negotiation again?
Not sure if just hike number would provide any answer. It's a correlation between your years of experience, level offered and prior fixed/ctc.

HR called me for the salary discussion. I asked a little more than what they were offering. Said he would check and may need approvals, for my ask is going above their budget for this position. How soon can I expect to get a call back. And, do they go back on the offer for asking for a little higher fixed ?
