Our district is piloting a STEM/project based 7th grade Algebra 1 class next year. Anyone else doing this?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

Which advisory group has the least travel out of AAS, FDD/TAS, and risk advisory? Or is it all dependent on the client and team nowadays? And is the travel schedule comparable to consulting? (ex. M-Th on a plane)

I work as a membership manager in a tech-related, non-profit startup.Main tasks are taking care of members activities (newsletters, webinars, surveys, CRM - but not directly sales) and at the same time I am kind of a IT project manager without IT background, I design with an IT agency members experience with different tools (members platform, crm workflows etc). Home reno financing question. Have a big project coming up in the $120-150k range. Funding sources are:
- 90k from a heloc around prime
- 10k from a credit card that offers promo checks at 2-3% for 12-18 months
- 375k in a brokerage
- 5-6k per month cash that I can put towards the project, loans, or brokerage

I don't want to stop funding the brokerage because my FIRE plan is less numbers based than "hoard like dragon until it's enough" but maybe I should... How would you optimize?
