Got positive response from HR and after submitting docs we had call to discuss on salary. Current CTC is 19.5 LPA fix
HR is offering CTC 28lakhs which includes 24 lakhs fix gross + 2 lakhs retirement benefits which includes pf, gratuity etc + 10% variable pay.Location is Banglore, hybrid
I am having 8 years of experience in total.
If I think of relocation to banglore is it a good offer?Any tips on hw I can convince HR to give remote wrk?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.
