Hi everyone, i joined lilly bangalore as a contract employee 7-8 months back working as a Senior Developer. I can see some people are getting converted to FTE within 2-4 months. Is there a specific criteria or something? I mean my performance is good. Team is also supporting. But there is no discussion on conversation or anything, it's just work as usual.

Anyone facing same scenario?

What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄).
