I need some advice.
I left my previous company after 4 months to join Tech Mahindra, but the project I was assigned to got put on hold. I’ve been on the bench for 60+ days now.
I’m looking outside, but not getting enough calls. I feel the short previous stint + bench status is impacting my profile.
How should I explain this honestly to recruiters?
Should I wait for an internal project or continue searching outside?
Would appreciate guidance. Thanks 🙏

Is it normal for the UX research lead to have a stakeholder workshop (sans designers) to think of concept “thought starters,” then have a separate meeting with the UX design lead to vote on which 1 of 3 concepts to proceed with? In advertising, this is analogous to the client and researchers doing the campaign idea then telling the CD to execute it.
