Best UAT testing advice I got was to test your rpa solutions on as many of your colleagues computers as you can. Just because you get it to work on your environment doesnt mean the same conditions are present on someone else's machine.

Not sure about Ui Path but for Blue Prism it’s a little hard to learn without actually having and using the software. But once you have it, I would suggest to follow YouTube tutorials that progressively get more advanced.
If you can, prioritize UiPath as it’s a more flexible solution and has almost no need to code. If you haven’t already, you’ll want to build an understanding of using variables as a means to save information and pass it to a new calculation or “formulas” (basically referencing cells in excel). Also, If you can, make sure your excel skills are on the “advanced” side.
Finally, I’ve jumped into a few online C# classes via Udemy to learn basic concepts of programming which has helped tremendously. Can’t write code but I can explain what the bot is doing to a stakeholder
.NET will help you a lot, when it gets more advanced.
Know basics of HTML development would help a lot, how a DOM works, also understanding of regular expressions for string operations and basic principles about programming and architecture. Like for example
