I’ve received the following offer letters and would appreciate your advice:

- **PwC (Bangalore)**: ₹18.20 LPA fixed + ₹50K (parent’s insurance) + ₹75K relocation bonus + variable (details not clear yet)  

- **Incedo (Pune – current location)**: ₹17 LPA fixed + ₹1 LPA bonus  

**Tech stack:** Python, Selenium, SQL, Java, Robot Framework, Pytest  

**Experience:** 4 years 10 months
