Salary for analyst - digital product management @ american express? 2.5 YOE + location is Phoenix AZ. I have a team member who historically under performs. He’s very receptive to feedback, and there’s usually a spark in his output and contributions every time I give it- but about a month later we’re back to where we started. Team members often complain about working with him. (Doesn’t follow thru, condescending tones w/ others).

Been with us for 9 months, Earlier this year gave verbal and email feedback, now we’re on a 30 day performance review/plan.
