I have had managers who put initiative work so high in importance that it stresses me out about client work. Chill out and stop emailing on weekends. Hang out with your families! I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much?
