Planning on buying my 1st home. I'm looking at homes using a RedFin realtor. They recommended I get an Underwritten Preapproval. I don't trust the lenders they recommend. Any suggestions for lenders?

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.

What do you all think of fundrise and start engine Real estate Reit ? Any experience? Would you invest here if you didn’t have the time to actually buy and rent properties? Any insight is welcome.

And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?

Advice appreciated: I want to sublease my apartment so that I can rent elsewhere and pay less. If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do?
