I previously worked at EY India as a Senior Tax Analyst for 5 years. Recently, I completed my MSc in Business Analytics in Ireland, and I’m now exploring opportunities here as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst.
Could anyone share insights on my chances of finding a job in Ireland in these roles? Also, I’d really appreciate suggestions on how I can further upskill or position myself to improve my prospects.

Hi community! I finally managed to connect with Google Sourcer on LinkedIn who’s willing to spend time tmw and speak about open roles. I have 8 years of consumer sales exp + recent 2.5 years of Digital Pharma Marketing exp (agency) + MBA I just earned.

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.
