I recently completed 5 rounds of interviews with _VOIS for a Cloud and DevOps position in Pune. I have 4.5 years of experience.

During the HR discussion, I asked for a CTC of 14 LPA. The HR mentioned they would check internally and get back to me. It has been 4 days, and my application status on the portal currently says "Offer approval," but I haven't received any calls or emails yet. How long does the offer approval process typically take to rolled out?

The CW that I’d work the longest with (for about 3 years) had just being promoted to ECD on a big cool shop after very good run. Meanwhile I was just promoted to ACD at an OK medium shop after a very torturous run that almost made me quit ad life for good.

Hi All, just sharing what on mind to vent it out from my system. Maybe with this I could gain some insights and inspiration.
I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out.
