I recently joined as a Senior Business Analyst – Analytics with a Power BI / Data Analytics tech stack. My project allocation is from end of March to end of June, which seems like a short duration.

Has anyone experienced similar short-term allocations? What usually happens after the project ends? Any insights would be helpful.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

I recently joined citi. I have been given choice for to select superannuation as 13% of BS or 12500/- monthly or zero.

I have 10 years of experience with 12L of package, I have takes 2 times ML and 1 year of LOP.
Is my package ok?

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!

My base location is chennai and I got a project from Hyderabad location and that too I have to work from client office so I will have to travel to hyderabad and work at client office. Will I be eligible for deputation allowance and accomodation??
