I recently joined LTIMindtree as a Senior Software Developer, and it’s been about a month now. However, I haven’t been assigned to any project yet.

Can anyone share how long the typical bench period is here? Any insights or experiences would be really helpful.

I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.

Is it okay to try for more offers in the notice period?
I am feeling like why I am doing this but at the same time want to best offers.
And also thinking how should I convey if I didn't join the company even after negotiating and asking for a counter offer based on another offer.

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
