I was selected for the Comcast Engineer 2 (E2) role in Chennai. The HR confirmed my selection on 29th September, and I followed up again on 6th October. He was told that the offer letter is in process, but I haven’t received it yet.

Has anyone faced a similar delay recently with the offer release process at Comcast India? How long does it usually take after confirmation for the offer to be rolled out?

Any insights or recent experiences would be really helpful.

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.

YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.

If we are working in shifts (12pm to 10pm) in Comcast, Will we get shift allowances?
